Lubrication:
For this type of bearings, is recommended to use grase acording to the work than will be realized. for avoid spoils in the whole machine. It can be used food kind grease, or standard grease.
Assemble:
For the assamble of this type of bearings, first check if the axis and the piece when it will be set down, dont have any type of damage than can spoil it. Second, lube all the axis before install the bearing, Then, move the bearing all across the axis. once it moves smoothly, this could be set in the piece. proceed to install the rest of the parts. (if requires)
